Dane has been training in the martial arts for over 21 years and is the holder of an impressive four black belts and various other personal security related instructional qualifications. In addition to this, he has worked for many years in and around the security industry specialising in training for the interventions and the psychology of conflict.
Dane started his training career in the catering and hospitality industry and spent several years in practical skills and customer focus training. He then moved into HR training for a large logistics organisation supplying security, man guarding and close protection solutions. It was here that Dane developed his keen interest in the areas of emotional intelligence and conflict resolution.
Dane has actively developed these skills and interests and has achieved the status of NLP Master Practitioner and is a senior trainer, assessor and consultant for numerous organisations. His current role with City of Westminster College as Deputy Head of Business and Educational Partnerships (Training Projects Manager) allows him the freedom to devise corporate training programmes aimed at personal safety whilst developing community awareness initiatives. This has been recognised in his two awards from the Metropolitan Police. Qualifications
